TASKTIDE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
INTRODUCTION
1.1 Tasktide provides virtual personal assistant services to businesses. By registering for Tasktide’s services, you confirm that you are using these services for business purposes and not for personal or domestic tasks.
1.2 Before using our services, please carefully read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) and Tasktide’s Privacy Policy. By registering on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1.3 In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Tasktide, and “you” and “your” refer to the client using our services.

SERVICE AGREEMENT
2.1 These Terms become effective when you register on our website and continue until terminated as described in Section 12.
2.2 Our services are provided on a subscription basis. The minimum subscription period is one month, unless you are participating in a free trial.
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
OUR SERVICES
3.1 Tasktide provides virtual personal assistant services, including but not limited to administrative tasks, organization, marketing support, and other business-related services.
3.2 Our virtual assistants work as independent subcontractors. While we strive to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee the work of individual subcontractors.
3.3 We will make reasonable efforts to complete tasks within agreed timeframes, but specific completion times are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.
3.4 Tasktide guarantees that virtual assistants will respond to your inquiries within 25 minutes during business hours. If external factors prevent your assigned assistant from performing their tasks, Tasktide will make every effort to provide a replacement virtual assistant. If a replacement cannot be arranged on the same day, Tasktide will offer a refund for the day affected.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 You are responsible for providing clear and accurate instructions for each task you assign.
4.2 You must ensure that you have the right to share any information or materials you provide to us for task completion.
4.3 You agree not to request any services that are illegal, unethical, or violate any third-party rights.
CONFIDENTIALITY
5.1 We will treat all non-public information you provide to us as confidential. We will not disclose this information except as necessary to complete assigned tasks or as required by law.
5.2 You acknowledge that while we take reasonable precautions to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
5.3 Tasktide prioritizes the security of your sensitive information. We use LastPass, a leading password encryption software, to securely store passwords and protect data. While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure security, we cannot guarantee absolute protection from all possible security breaches.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 You retain all rights to any materials you provide to us.
6.2 Any work product created by our virtual assistants in the course of providing services to you becomes your property upon full payment of our fees.
6.3 Tasktide retains all rights to our proprietary systems, processes, and methodologies.
FEES AND PAYMENT
7.1 Our fees are as stated on our website or as agreed in writing. All fees are exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes.
7.2 Fees are payable in advance by credit card, debit card, or other agreed payment method.
7.3 We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days’ notice. If you do not agree to a fee change, you may terminate your subscription.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tasktide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
8.2 Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8.3 We do not accept responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of our services. You acknowledge that our virtual assistants work as subcontractors, and we are not liable for their individual actions or omissions.
INDEMNIFICATION
9.1 You agree to indemnify and hold Tasktide harmless from any claims, losses, liability, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) that arise from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS
10.1 We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the changes on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11.2 Both you and Tasktide agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve any disputes informally before escalating to legal action. If any issue arises, the parties will first attempt to negotiate in good faith to resolve the matter. If informal negotiations fail, the dispute will be subject to the laws and jurisdiction outlined in Section 11.1.
TERMINATION
12.1 Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
12.2 We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately if you violate these Terms.
12.3 Upon termination, you remain liable for all fees incurred up to the date of termination.
MISCELLANEOUS
13.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tasktide regarding our services.
13.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
13.3 Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
By using Tasktide’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
